-2nd bedroom with 2 bunk beds (sleeps 4)
downstairs:
-3rd bedroom 2 twin bed (sleeps 2)
-2nd bathroom
-big studio with a king size bed (sleeps 2) and a full-size bed couch (can sleeps 2 kids or 1 adult comfortably) this studio also has a kitchenette, a dining table, a desk, and a 55" smart tv! with the big glass sliding door, you get to enjoy the magical views!
if you are looking for a bigger place to rent up to 24 guests, let me know and i can send you the link to also rent the adjacent upstairs unit!
please note: renting "the entire place" means you have the whole place for you because you won't be sharing bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, common areas or access doors with other people but guests from your party It does not mean there is not an adjacent unit. This property has a legal accessory upstairs unit which also rents for Guests.

Summary: The property location was convenient for our purposes. Was disappointed to find the access was on side of the house and there was no pathway from the required street parking to this side door. No parking permitted in driveway as that was for upstairs renter. We had to walk through the high grass to a walkway on the side of house with no lights on anywhere along the side of house when we arrived to light the way to see the path or even the door to unlock with code. Should have had a light on for us arriving. To make matters worse it was pouring rain also. The walkway had weeds 2 feet tall along it, so was very poorly maintained. Inside was fine with lot's of room for lots of people to sleep. However, kitchen upstairs was very poorly equipped with the necessities to cook and serve much. Very few eating utensils at all although we found more downstairs in the small kitchen area. Garbage upstairs had not been dumped prior to our arrival. Very disappointed there was no soap or shampoo in either bathroom for bathing or showering of any kind. First VRBO we have stayed at who did not have this. Was hand soap for washing hands at bathroom sinks. NIce washer and dryer but again no soap provided so a little things that could have made it much nicer to have a few pods of soap to do a couple loads of wash if needed. Again, just the little things that could have changed the impression. The downstairs bedrooms are underneath other upstairs tenants which was not disclosed and you can hear people walking on the floor above with creaking floors and movement. Was not horrible but was noticeable at night. Overall was not terrible at all, but surely with a little more care of the property details for renters and taking the time to do some simples things it could have changed our experience significantly on how we felt about staying there and value for what we got. It is an older property for sure but was adequate.
