- home has wall heater at the living and dining room, and space heaters all inside bedrooms
- laundry is available for a fee please understand as water is very expensive in la
- please keep the gate close We DO NOT allow parking behind the wooden gate.
- we are not refilling gas bbq grill so you would have to bring the empty tank to home depot or walmart to exchange due to our house keeper no longer doing this
please remember this is a home and not a hotel We ask that you treat the space with care. if any problem arises, we will do our best to take action asap
