Positive: Great location! Close to everything downtown within a 5-15 minute uber/lyft. Accommodates several ppl. Beautiful Inside and outside space. Looks just like the pictures.
Negative: Tight parking. Thermostat is a bit tricky to keep house comfortable.
Summary: Definitely a Winter Retreat!
