Summary: If you are looking for a nice, updated place to stay with easy walking access to shops and all the things to enjoy in Rosemary Beach, this place is for you. The best part of our stay was the hosts. Paradise Properties did an outstanding job with communication from helping us get a new code immediately upon check in because the one provided wasn’t working, to checking in throughout our stay to see how things were going. The only thing I will mention is the room is below a carriage house, as well as part of a main house in which both were rented by separate renters. The main house had children playing in the pool from 6:45am to 8pm each day and there is a door that goes straight out to that pool from the room which meant we had to listen to yelling kids A LOT. You can also hear every step taken above in the carriage house and any and all noise from above can be heard which woke us up often early in the morning to late at night. With that being said, we just got unlucky with the other guests staying on the property and is no fault of Paradise Properties. You sort of sign up for that with a property like this and can’t expect all guests to be considerate of others.
