Summary: I booked this hotel with breakfast included, but Expedia send me and the hotel email without mentioning about the breakfast. So the hotel didn't offer me the free breakfast. Now I checked in next hotel, the same situation happened again. Really disappointed with Expedia. Contact them at app, no response at all.
