7 Bedroom House in Laguna Beach Estates, Panama City Beach

“Wine Down” is one of our newest beachfront vacation homes currently under construction along with 2 other homes right next door. These homes are scheduled to be completed October of 2022. “Wine Down” is located on the quiet West end of Panama City Beach. This home will have 7 bedrooms, 8 full bathrooms, 1 half bath and can comfortably accommodate up to 22 guests. This home will include a private outdoor pool, 2 poolside bar areas, fully-equipped kitchen, and 2 recreation rooms. For convenience this home also features a luxury elevator that goes to all 4 floors.
as you first enter the home on the first floor straight ahead is a spacious recreation room and full bathroom with walkin shower This bathroom conveniently has direct access to the pool deck. The recreation room opens up to the pool deck. The pool deck features a beachfront private pool and 2 bar areas with bar seating.
up on the second floor on the beachside of the home is the main kitchen, dining and living area all with perfect views of the gulf Additionally the main living area opens up to a spacious walkout balcony; the perfect spot for outdoor dining and watching the waves roll in. Going towards the streetside of the home are the first 2 bedrooms. One room has a king bed with private en-suite with a walkin shower. Across the hall is the 2nd bedroom with 2 twin over twin bunks and private en-suite with shower/tub combo. Also on the 2nd floor is the half bath.
going up to the 3rd floor to the left and to the right are 2 bedrooms each with a king bed and private en-suite with walkin shower Going towards the beachside of the home to your right will be the laundry room and straight ahead is a recreation room with walkout balcony. Adjacent to the recreation room is a beachfront king room with private en-suite with walkin shower and walkout balcony.
going up to the 4th floor is a spacious loft area with 3 twin over twin bunk beds, coffee bar and walkout balcony (streetside of home) Going down the hall to the beachside of the home to the left will be a full bathroom with shower/tub combo. Straight ahead are the last 2 bedrooms. One room has a king bed with private en-suite with walkin shower and walkout balcony. The other bedroom is the master suite with a king bed, sitting area, private en-suite with walk in shower and walkout balcony.

a few things to make note of:
there is an indoor elevator equipped in this home to help quickly and conveniently navigate between all 4 floors This is very helpful for anyone that may have a difficult time with making the track up each flight of stairs.
your pool is heated! we aren’t talking about hot-tub style temperature or anything, it has the ability to heat up to 85 degrees However, this feature is something our team must activate for you, so be sure to let us know ahead of time if you feel you’re going to need it during you stay.
the beach! you have direct beach access through a shared boardwalk with our other two private rental houses, right next door!
wine down requires a 7 night minimum stay for all reservations during the check-in/checkout schedule below:

a vacation rental lease agreement will be sent to you upon confirmation of your reservation and is due within 72 hours of booking Some important things to remember.
no pets: pets are not permitted in or on the premises of any management's properties Violation of this policy will result in a $1,000.00 pet fee, per pet, that will be charged to Guest's credit card on file. Additionally, Guest's credit card on file may be charged extra cleaning fees to include but not limited to; extermination fee, deep clean fee, odor, and dander removing fee, and animal hair removal fee. If a Guest needs to bring a service animal who has been trained to do work or perform tasks for a disability, Management MUST be notified at the time of booking and proper paperwork will be required upon request. Guest is responsible for picking up animal waste and keeping the animal on a leash at all times. Guest will be responsible and liable for any damages caused by a service animal to reservation property or its contents. Emotional support animals are not service animals, and therefore not permitted.
no smoking or illegal drug use: smoking and illegal drug use is not permitted in or on the premises of any management rental properties to include but not limited to porches, pool decks, balconies, and driveways Violation of this policy will result in immediate eviction of Guest and a $1,000.00 fee will be charged to Guest's credit card on file. If evidence or indications of smoking or of illegal drug use are found in or on reservation property during or after reservation occupancy period, this will be deemed by Management as a violation to this policy and this Agreement. All smoking devices are prohibited including but not limited to; the use of vape pens, e-cigs, pipes, hookah, marijuana smoking devices, or any drug paraphernalia.
age requirements: primary guests must be 25 years of age or older Violation of this policy will result in immediate eviction of Guest. All of Management's vacation rental properties are family accommodations. The Guest must occupy the Property throughout the entirety of the reservation dates. This to include arrival through departure dates, overnight, and anytime persons under the age of 25 are present in or at the property. The Property is subject to inspection by Management at any time.
