This welcoming house has been stylishly and freshly decorated and is great for children and adults of all ages as it provides flexible options. With ample off street parking for 2 cars and a garage for a further car or storage for bikes it provides a great retreat from which to explore Whitstable and the nearby coastal towns whilst being only a 20 minute car drive from the cathedral city of Canterbury.
the house has three bedrooms and two bathrooms; two of the three bedrooms being on the ground floor along with a toilet/shower room The first bedroom is furnished with with two full size single bunk beds; the second bedroom is furnished with a king size bed with integrated wardrobes. Both bedrooms are fully carpeted and comfortably furnished. The bathroom has a double shower cubicle with a toilet and basin. The hallway leads into a large, light modern kitchen room from which the garden is accessed through the patio doors on to a small balcony which then leads into a private and entirely enclosed garden. From the garden patio area wonderful views of the sunsets can be enjoyed. Next to the kitchen and over looking the rear garden the large lounge provides ample space for family get togethers and it is furnished with comfortable settees and a dining table for 6. A real flame gas fire is installed (together with fire guard) should the summer evenings turn chilly (alebit the house is centrally heated).
