the property is situated in the village of new hartley, there are bus stops nearby The house is 2.3 miles from the beautiful village of Seaton Sluice with the most amazing Fish and Chip Restaurant, 4 pubs, a wonderful unspoiled beach and sand dunes. The club at Seaton Sluice has entertainment also.
seaton delaval hall (national trust) is just 13 miles or a 26 minute walk.
seaton delaval is 2 miles - there are 2 supermarkets, and several takeaways etc
cramlington is 4 miles with a large shopping centre
the new hartley residents club is next door to the property but far enough away so as not to disturb The club has an outdoor area and hosts local bands on Saturday nights.
just a 15 minute walk up the road is the secret garden - which has a lovely coffee shop, beer garden with street food and drinks
