On the 3rd floor is an enormous MBR suite with large bathtub and separate shower and a raised sitting area offering a fabulous vista of the Westerly shoreline, Winnapaug Pond, Long Island, Block Island and the starry sky. The lower level (floor 0, at ground level) has a bonus suite with two openly connected rooms, each with a walkout to the outside; there is sleeping space here for 4 more.
