- amplified music is not permitted Music may not be heard at the property lines at any time of the day (that includes music coming from inside the home). If neighbors can hear music, you are in violation of the City Ordinance.

- children under 18 must be supervised at all times
- comply with the trash schedule posted inside your rental home
- this property does not allow pets of any kind but will accommodate service animals If a pet is brought to the property without notification, a charge of $499 plus tax and applicable fees will be charged to your reservation.
-tenants are responsible for all penalties and fines incurred during their stay including but not limited to newport beach municipal code section 595.020 regarding Occupancy and Municipal Code Section 5.95.050 (A) regarding Disturbing the Peace.
