Travel Purpose: leisure
Positive: Studio Room felt spacious. Was given a few tea bags and coffee pods and 3 days' worth of toilet roll, too. There are plenty of towels to use for the week. The kitchen has enough equipment to make meals on the hob or by using the microwave. Kettle was induction on the hob. Tea towel and towel provided. Wardrobe spacious with 8 hangers. Table and 2 chairs. Bench under the window. TV with Netflix access, although cut off a few times. Free WiFi.
Negative: The room doesn't lock automatically. You need to remember to lock it from inside (turn knob) and by the key from outside. Carpet in the hall smells bad. Needs carpet cleaning. Faint dog smell in the room but kept the window open as so warm. No air con or fan provided. Drains need cleaning out as smell but kept bathroom door shut and there was a fan. A load of bins are located outside the property and noise 2 days when moved about before and after emptying. Neighbours having building work done so not quiet in the morning. Upstairs could hear clearly.
Summary: Great little studio close to the beach, cafes, shops and supermarket. 15 mins from train station.
