PROVIDED FOR WEEKLY RENTALS ONLY. Shorter stays you can bring own linens or I can rent for you from housekeeping for $100 fee. Please state in request if linens are needed. We also provide a small bar of soap at each sink, one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, and a trash bag in each trash can. Guests should be prepared to provide any of these items as needed beyond what we supply and HE laundry detergent if using washing machine.

Summary: We loved our stay in this house. Communication from the management team was beyond excellent. They were always quick to respond and very patient with our questions. Location of house was perfect. Extremely close to beach..1 minute or less walk. We had a nice ocean view between houses. There are even some bars and restaurants within walking distance and others a quick 5 minute ride away. House was as pictured. Better in person even. House was extremely clean . This would have been a 5 star review except for the cigarette smoke smell throughout the house. We hope it was just caused by renters before us and not a normal occurrence as everything else about the house was 5 star. Even with that I would rent there again if assured the smell was gone. It’s a great house.
