Enjoy the convenience of amenities like WiFi, a washer/dryer, 2 wood burning stoves, 2 separate living rooms. Spend hours playing Golden Tee Putting golf game on the big screen or play Mario Kart on the Nintendo Switch. We have misc games for families to play as well as a game table that converts to a pool table or ping pong table. Spend hours watching deer, turkey, various birds, chipmunks and squirrels amongst the trees on our expansive deck. Play corn hole outside or make some smores. This home is equipped with all your needs for a memorable family vacation. We look forward to welcoming you to our happy place so that you may create lasting memories with your family and friends. Zion and Bryce Canyon are both about an hour away. There are several places to fish at Aspen Mirror Lake and Duck Pond and on Duck Creek which all are a 5 minute drive from our house. You can rent UTVs in the summer in the Village which is also 5 minutes away. Snowmobiles can be rented there also in the winter. If renting in the winter you must have 4 wheel drive or AWD to get up here..
