This ranch style house has no stairs which provides easy access, and keeps you connected with the outdoors. A short walk to the beach makes day and afternoon trips a breeze. Louisiana ave (105th) is located on a stop light avenue for safe and convenient crossing; no frogger experience required ;). A life guard post is located conveniently on Kansas ave(104th). The block itself quiet and family friendly location without through-traffic.
