Come stay in Marsh-Mellow! Walk 1,000 feet to Seabrook Beach our hidden gem in New Hampshire. After a day at the beach, come back to relax on the balcony overlooking the ever-changing estuary. Unit 102 is a first floor unit sleeps up to 3 people with a queen size Murphy bed and double sleeper sofa. 43" Smart TV, WiFi, fully-appointed kitchenette, central AC, hair dryer, beach cart & 2 chairs. WiFi is most suitable for checking emails, etc. Streaming may be challenging depending on how many people are using the WiFi at that time. Beach chairs are located under the first floor stairwell on the West side of the building-blue with 102 on the arms. Walk to amazing restaurants steps away. Common area with extra tables, chairs, soft seating, bar, microwave, refrigerator and TV for entertaining--please pick up after yourself. Large common deck overlooking the marsh. Coin operated washer/dryer on 2nd floor. Sorry, NO PETS are allowed and this is a NONSMOKING BLDG--any evidence of smoking of ANYTHING will result in a $500 fine. Parking for one car only--please place parking permit on dashboard while in the lot--found on the side table near door. Our goal is for you to have an amazing time on the New Hampshire Seacoast!.
