Positive: Nice, spacious apartment for two people (I wouldn't suggest it for more). Modern (recently renovated) and clean. Well taken care of in general. Great, fully equipped kitchen. Dining table for up to 4 people. Ensuite bathroom with a nice, spacious shower with good water pressure and hot water. It is located in a small apartment complex, but sound isolation is great. I didn't hear neighbours. Very easy key pickup as it has a code box near the door: very flexible. Three big windows, one small in the kitchen: enough natural light for the whole apartment. Quiet neighbourhood. Small town centrum. Good wifi. Good location if you want to visit Paris & Versailles: -> Paris: train + metro, +- 1h15 and €5 p.p. (single trip) to Eiffel tower. -> Versailles: +- 20 minutes by car, or +- 1 hour by train, €5 p.p.
Negative: The curtains are not wide enough to fully cover the windows. Even in the bedroom, where you need to be aware where you stand or you can be seen (naked) from outside. Privacy is a bit of a challenge in general. The bed is small and short, 140 x 190cm, and quite hard. Not so comfy for me, although no issue for my partner. You can't park in front of the apartment. You can do so shortly to (un)load, potentially blocking traffic, so you have to park somewhere else. Luckily, parking is available, for free, just 2 minutes walking of the property. It takes a very long time (1~2 minutes!) for the water to heat up, both for bathroom and kitchen. The couch/sofa is not comfy to sit on. It is a sofa bed but I can't imagine sleeping in it. All pans in the kitchen are missing their lids. The fridge is not exactly silent. Luckily, the bedroom door can be closed to block the noise at night.
