The water did not reach our unit. This condo would be great for any elderly or disabled because everything you need is on the first ground floor. Only one bedroom and bathroom is upstairs. Only one step up to enter the unit and we have ramps for wheelchairs. Newly renovated condo with new furniture throughout. Beautiful water view from most of the rooms.
