our condo is centrally located at mccormick pier condominium community, perfect for mature professionals looking to stay at a high-end condo complex with easy access to all restaurants and shopping in the pear district Great jogging and walking paths by the Willamette, and easy walk to the MAX station. Condo has all new upgraded appliances, new hardwood bamboo floors, fresh paint, and high end furnishings.
community residents are mostly professionals and retired folks which make for a great quiet neighborhood No late night party or college crowds here. Condos are mostly occupied by owners who take pride in keeping their community safe and clean. We have lived in this community for over 15 years, and in this particular condo for about 5 years. We have just recently purchased another unit, and making this condo available for professionals and folks needing temporary housing of one month or longer. Expect to have a 5-star experience. Hosts are very experienced and have many 5-star ratings in couple of other units that have available for rent..
