Amazing property, newly renovated home with updated kitchen and baths, private dock, 20' inflatable water trampoline, lake front entertaining area, floating swimming platform, fire pit, paddle boards, screened porches, grill and much more. Nothing in the area compares to this property. Clear Lake is a 290 acre spring fed lake with crystal clear water, ideal for water sports and fishing. The shallow water and sandy beaches are perfect for the little ones, their is also access to over 70 miles of hiking trails if you are feeling adventurous. Just private enough to get away and busy enough to have a great time. Short drive from town, quick access to groceries and restaurants. The staircase that leads to the lake was finished Winter 2018. Pontoon boat also available for rent for an additional $500/week. NO PETS OR SMOKING ALLOWED.
