you and your guests can enjoy the entire cottage If anyone has mobility issues, no worries as there are no stairs needed to enter the home and move about the living space; open kitchen to dining room (seats 8) and living room, plus private queen bedroom and semi-private bedroom with king bed. You will need to maneuver stairs to enjoy the beach and upstairs private ensuite, but the view is breathtaking on the covered porch which requires NO STAIR USE. All hardwoods throughout.
bedroom layout: main level has a private queen bedroom and off the back of the house is a room that is semi private with a privacy curtain and fits a king bed You enter this back room to access the stairs to the private master ensuite. The upstairs suite is private with a barn style door. The back bedroom and primary suite is excellent for families with children or another couple. Couch can be used to sleep 1-2 people but does not turn into a bed. We have extra bedding if needed.
