this beautiful northwest home was built in 2017, predominantly with wood selectively harvested from the property site Resting on the water's edge with sweeping views of Westcott Bay this beautiful and unique home is the perfect place to enjoy your time on San Juan Island. The house is on a quiet neighborhood road with access to many miles of well-marked trails in the National Park and Roche Harbor trail systems. The Westcott Bay Oyster Company is a 10-minute walk from the house. There are steps down to your own private beach to enjoy the water and a gate that helps enclose the deer fence to protect the beautiful landscaping.
