Not abiding to these rule can come to unwanted fines by local authorities. This is not a party home, so please respect it as such.
3 During lovely and summer season, although we sanitise, some ants are to be expected, unfortunately this is part of our climate but we do provide spray and traps when needed. (although this is not common)
4 An early checkin, can be done, but only if the apartment is vacant and is cleaned in the morning.
5 Checkins are done or by one of our team or by self checkin where we will send you all the details beforehand.
6 Waste schedule are given at the checkin and even beforehand, putting the rubbish at the right time, is imperative as otherwise we will have problems with the authorities which will fine us.
