Located in Cumbrian Lakes, a peaceful, gated community the home is conveniently located for all Orlando attractions such as Seaworld and Universal. Restaurants, grocery stores, and a Walmart superstore, are just 5 minutes away. All of the bedrooms are equipped with a TV. There are three lounge areas - a main family room which has a TV/DVD/VCR and a radio/CD system, a formal lounge next to the main dining area and a love seat on the upstairs landing where there is also a well stocked bookcase. There are also 3 dining areas - a formal dining room with a table and chairs, a sunny kitchen breakfast nook with a table and chairs, and a patio table and chairs outside under the shaded lanai. The games room is located in the garage and is equipped with a pool table, skeet ball, skooter and board games. Free WiFi and free calls to US and Canada are included. The kitchen is fully well equipped with pots & pans, toaster, microwave, refrigerator-freezer, range, dishwasher etc. The home also has a washer and drier and a good supply of towels and linens.
