You will love all the amenities of home including washer/dryer, king tempur-pedic memory foam mattress and a large kitchen…all in a tranquil cottage setting.
this beautiful cottage is a 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom, family friendly getaway It is an accessible single family dwelling on a private waterfront lot with a large paved driveway. There is a massive deck with a hot tub and fire pit area. We have 2 top of the line Napoleon BBQ’s and a Traeger smoker available for your use! The kitchen is stocked with everything you will need! A large eat in dining table provides ample seating.
all appliances are newly updated and we have a coffee bar with coffee maker, nespresso machine and coffee grinder (complimentary local coffee beans provided) There is also tea, sugar and creamer provided.

pricing is based on accommodation for 7 people with the use of 3 bedrooms (bedrooms #1, #2 and #3) Guests must request the additional 4th bedroom which includes a queen bed and computer desk/workspace. You may request this bedroom by completing the "additional guest" option during booking and selecting "9" guests. The 4th bedroom is an additional $50/night and allows for 9 guests in total (additional guests may be approved in certain situations if approved by host prior to booking).
the following items are available for a small fee: roll away twin size cot, pack n play (travel crib), high chair, paddle board (summer months)
there are surveillance cameras located outside as part of the security system

please note this property uses a septic system Certain considerations need to be made to keep it running smoothly. All water used on the property goes to the septic tank and must be pumped out when it is full so please be cautious of overuse.
please flush only natural waste and toilet paper DO NOT flush: trash, wipes of any kind, tissues, paper towel, feminine hygiene products/sanitary products, toys etc. For the sink: please only drain non solidifying liquids. DO NOT drain cooking oil, grease/fat, eggshells, coffee, food chunks etc. Please discard these in the garbage bags provided.
hot tub: please close hot tub lid while not in use No food in the hot tub and use plastic drinkware only. Use coloured towels specified for hot tub use and use bin provided for wet towels.
please contact host asap if hot tub requires maintenance No bubble bath or soaps/chemicals allowed in the hot tub - guests will incur extra charges to pay for maintenance clean up if this occurs. Please rinse feet prior to entry if there is debris on your feet. We are not responsible for injury or death. Deck and steps may be slippery or icy. Please supervise your children at all times and prevent drowning!! Please follow hot tub safety guidelines posted. Kindly do not turn hot tub off. thank you for your courtesy!
