I was greeted with delight and professionalism right at drop-off, with staff offering a helping hand with my luggage. Check-in was seamless—friendly smiles, genuine courtesy, and top-tier customer service set the tone for my stay. I stayed in room 640, which was impressively spacious and well-equipped with everything I needed. And the view? Absolutely breathtaking! It truly added a special touch to the room. The hotel itself is beautiful, with fantastic amenities including a restaurant, bar, and an incredibly large pool. I spent some time at the bar for a bit of outdoor relaxation, and it turned into one of the most memorable parts of my stay. Sarah, the bartender, was phenomenal—professional, personable, and so easy to talk to. Her genuine approach and outstanding customer service made me feel completely at home.
