- cctv is in operation in the communal hallway areas of the property so whilst your privacy is in mind, so is your safety (No cameras inside the apartment).
- no parties are allowed! it's a residential building and our neighbours need to be respected A noise detector is installed on the property to prevent nuisance. Additionally, there are CCTV cameras in the communal area of the building, one just outside the flat. (There are no camera's inside the apartment - your privacy is respected) If you do not follow this rule, you would be asked to leave the property with no refund and ALL YOUR DEPOSIT will be charged.
