This sweet vintage home was renovated and is ideal for your beach getaway. The home is located in the historic district of St. Joe and is an easy walk to Silver Beach on Lake Michigan. guests love the location! the downtown area is just a few blocks away, along with krasl art center, curious kid's museum and st joe's public library all an easy walk and the beach!
the house has a large living room with separate dining room area The bathroom was just completely renovated with new flooring and new vanity. The kitchen has been gutted with new cabinets, counter, appliances, etc. It is fully equipped with coffee maker, toaster, microwave, dishes/classes, etc. There are two bedrooms currently with two queen mattresses. NOTE: currently, the back bedroom is being enlarged/renovated. Photos will be updated soon. There is an eat-in kitchen. The living room/dining room combination has a dinning table along with living room furniture. There is a washer and dryer and central air-conditioning. There is also a front porch and a private back yard with outdoor furniture. Fenced yard. The home is nicely furnished with art and a small hand painting on the floor. Mostly hardwood floors.
