our one-bedroom apartment is located in a gated complex that is less than a mile from downtown and only 11 miles to Stanford Stadium.

the apartment is located on the 3rd floor with views of the pool from the included balcony There is no elevator, so the apartment can only be reached by stairs.
we have everything you need for a comfortable stay including a king size bed in the bedroom and queen-sized futon in the living
you will find the kitchen is fully equipped with all the basics for making a home-cooked meal if you decide you need a break from all the wonderful restaurants that are nearby
for entertainment needs, our condo is equipped with a flat-screen hd television equipped with roku with free access to netflix

guest represents that, in all ways, guests visit is planned to comply with, and shall comply with, all terms thereof Guest agrees to pay an additional fee of $50.00 for each unnoticed (notice not given in advance by Guest to Property) guest making use of the property.

this agreement is drafted in contemplation of the laws of the state of georgia and shall be interpreted consistent with the laws of the state of georgia
venue for any action concerning the terms of this agreement shall be in athens-clarke county, georgia, in the parties hereby submit themselves to the jurisdiction and venue of the courts of athens-clarke county georgia for such purposes
this agreement shall not be interpreted against or to the prejudice of either party by virtue of the source of its compilation No waiver of the terms of this agreement shall be effective unless in writing and signed by the party sought to be bound thereto.
any portion of this agreement found or rendered void or unenforceable shall be severable, and the balance of this contract shall continue in full force and effect

full refund: if canceled 30 or more days before check in date (excluding credit card processing fee for refunded vrbo guests)

50% refund for cancellations up to 7 days before check in (excluding credit card processing fee for refunded vrbo guests)
if booking is less than 7 days away, no refunds will be granted other than the cleaning fee
if requesting a cancellation via vrbo, a credit card processing fee of up to 4% will be applied from the merchant

pet policy

a pet fee of $50 is charged per pet (per 7 days or less) with a maximum of two allowed This amount will be requested from you once you book.
if unauthorized pets are brought to our home, your reservation will be canceled with no refund and you will be asked to leave the property A $250.00 fee may be charged as well to provide deep cleaning of the apartment. Well-behaved house-trained dogs are happily allowed (up to 2 dogs maximum).
