-1-2 miles to union station, ball arena and broncos stadium (empower field at mile high) - next to major highways for easy access to the ski resorts, red rocks amphitheater, and boulder

- a fully equipped european style kitchen, with custom berloni cabinets, quartz countertops, a 5-burner gas range, and a breakfast bar that seats 4
