this is a two story home with stairs There is one bedroom and one bathroom on the first floor and two bedrooms and one bathroom on the second floor. the comfy and modest open concept kitchen and living room are the perfect place to gather with the family for a meal or relax while watching a movie on our 66 inch tv!
the patio and private backyard have space to enjoy the beautiful florida sunshine and foliage We keep some beach amenities on our patio shelf to help enjoy your time here such as an umbrella and some coolers. (Ice packs are available in the freezer). Beach towels are provided in the laundry closet.
please note there will be work done on the backyard starting monday december 2nd through thursday december 5th Workers will need access to the backyard during after 9am each of those days. the back patio will be avaliable for use during that time but the backyard will not be available to guests. please reach out with any questions!
there is space for up to 4 cars in the driveway the convenient location will make it easy for you to take advantage of all the wonderful attractions, restaurants, and shops that make south florida so unique and fun while allowing a nice quiet place to retreat while you rest up for the next day of adventure!
