Originally built in 1933, this vintage gem has been lovingly restored to its former glory. Once oceanfront, the building was rescued by the current owners, to save it from demolition in 2005. Recognizing its natural beauty and “solid bones,” they adopted the home and moved it to its current neighborhood, close to shops, dining and everything downtown Folly Beach has to offer. The beach and the Folly Pier are located a very walkable 4 blocks away. This delightful cottage is a wonderful place for one or two couples, a small family, a small group of close friends, or just an individual who needs some salty breezes. Whoever you are, Folly Reclaimed is the perfect home base, for immersing yourself in the rich history and laid-back vibe of Folly Beach.
