this custom built 3bd/2bath tuscan, mediterranean style home, is in the quiet canyon neighborhood of rockaway beach, pacifica This house gives you the feeling no other will with it's beautiful natural light glowing throughout house, warm plaster walls, and radiant heat floors. On the first floor, you will find an open floor plan, which combines the kitchen, dining, and living area with balcony to enjoy views of street/neighborhood.
adjacent to the kitchen area are two of the bedrooms, both with queen beds and offer plenty of natural light Nearby, you will find a full bath with claw foot tub with rain shower head and washer/dryer area.
upstairs is the master suite with on-suite bath, double rain shower heads, double sinks, queen-size bed, and beautiful private balcony with relaxing sitting area
on the opposite side of the master bedroom, you will find a quaint family room which opens up to a terraced split level backyard, hot outdoor shower, lower patio and upper deck, canyon/hillside views
