the layout of the house is an up/down duplex; upstairs #201 & downstairs #101 Both have the exact same layout & comfortably house 6 guests per unit. The yard downstairs has been designed as the most common area that would be comfortable to gather as 12 together all at once.
upstairs: primary bedroom has a king size bed, second bedroom has a queen size bed, living room pull out couch has a full size memory pull out bed 2 bathrooms, laundry room, kitchen, dining room, living room & balcony.
downstairs: both bedrooms have king size beds and in the living room a pull out trundle sofa bed, 2 bathrooms, laundry room, kitchen, dining room, living room & fully fenced yard
a/c & heating on both levels - an absolute must in any okanagan season! (different controls for each level)
