Positive: Being a owner of a 3 star hotel myself, I'm aware how these reviews are beneficial for smaller hosts. But a few minor findings shouldn’t hurt these small hosts. They should get the most support.
Negative: No bar in the bathrooms, no king bed. Cleaning cost is too high.
Summary: Good value for the money, minus high cleaning cost.
