Summary: My experience with W hotels is not so good. I have booked this hotel as it is managed by Marriott and I have better experience with them. From starting the room was good and spacious as I booked . But washroom shower was really bad. You can get better washroom shower in any budget hotel also. In room dining is very limited and first day I have ordered pancakes for my kids and raspberries has fungus on them I got lucky that we checked before giving to kids but how can 5 star property can send food without checking. Last day my wife found 4 spider in the room which is not acceptable. I have complained about it and they have reduced my valet charge . But not happy with the stay
