The dining area is set up for 4, the convenience kitchen is ready for making simple meals and keeping plenty of icy beverages at hand. The modern bathroom has a spacious, airy rain shower, new flush toilet and sink. Your east-facing balcony with café-style table and chairs is perfect for morning coffee and you will adore the lovely west-facing rooftop garden outdoor space with BEAUTIFUL sunset aspect. There is lots of room in the apartment to work (reliable, fast wifi) and relax. Finally, you will love to feel the ocean and mountain breezes through the many large windows that make this tropical retreat extra special.
you will have exclusive, private access to the base of the stairs and the entire suite, bedroom, bathroom, rooftop garden and sunrise balcony The only shared section is the entryway from the street to the base of your stairs. There are 2 family dogs in this entryway that we will introduce you to upon arrival.

1 Our apartment is an adult-only space (minimum age of children is 12 years old) due to the balcony.

3 Dogs on site in entrance to home. The two resident dogs, Atanea and Pantera, are friendly but we need our guests to know in advance that they will likely interact with the dogs briefly while passing through entrance to apartment.
