This recently renovated villa is just 400 metres from the beautiful Lido Belvedere and some of the finest beaches in Salento. The villa, which sleeps up to 6 people, is one of 6 in a small, gated development. It is conveniently situated between the resorts of Torre Lapillo (3 minute drive) and Port Cesareo (4 minute drive), making it the perfect option for families or friends of all ages.
the villa has two entrances, one via a side gate and the other via the driveway The front entrance, from the driveway, leads directly into the living room. This is furnished with a sofa, armchair, flat-screen TV, dining table and chairs. The newly fitted-out kitchen is at the back of the villa and is equipped with a cooker hob, oven, fridge/freezer and coffee machine. There is a small kitchen table and chairs for quick snacks. A door leads from the kitchen to the side terrace, which can be shaded. There is a large table and chairs, ideal for meals al fresco.
