On the ground floor are the communal areas (sitting, fire place, dining area and kitchen/dinning) and a separate bedroom for four guests (with a double bed and two single beds) with its own bathroom. On the first floor are the master bedroom (with bathroom ensuite) and the two other bedrooms sharing another bathroom.
