villa orvieto consists of 2 adjacent stone houses: the main house sleeps up to 10 people in 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms Next to the main house, there is a smaller guest house (closed off when the villa is booked with lower occupancy price), with 2 more bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, plus a laundry room. There are different outdoor spaces such the elegantly furnished "loggia" with comfortable couches and splendid views over the countryside. A second outdoor living room and a third "pergola" just next to the kitchen with table and chairs for up to 14 people.
there is a panoramic swimming pool with sun lounges and umbrellas, a furnished patio and the tennis court (not floodlit) From here the view is even more spectacular. A comfortable hammock is available for the guests.
the property is surrounded by a manicured gardens with beautiful rose bushes, lavender and many different kinds of pretty flowers There is covered parking for up to 6 vehicles.
