It is also equipped with state-of-the-art sophisticated self-consumption energy installations that offer a qualitative advantage incomparable to other villas in the area. Villa Olimpia has top-class electrical appliances and audiovisual equipment, guaranteeing maximum comfort for its guests at all times. The villa is accessed through the upper floor where there is a large hall that gives way, on the left side, to three impressive bedrooms, fully equipped with double beds each offering wonderful views of the Mediterranean Sea. All bedrooms have an en-suite bathroom with large showers, complemented with a large bathtub in the third bedroom at the end of the corridor, from which you can enjoy the breathtaking views. Right in front of the bedrooms, on the right side of the corridor, there is a very comfortable elongated area for home office tasks. Besides, at the beginning of the corridor we find a room with a washer and dryer. Next to this room, we find the elevator with which we can access the different floors of the villa. Apart from the possibility of using the elevator, we can go down to the middle floor by means of spectacular marble stairs that communicate with a large living-dining room connected to a spacious kitchen open to our left hand, equipped with a complete set of cutlery and tableware of superior category. High-quality brand glassware is used to enjoy drinks in the best possible way. The spacious living-dining room stands out for its large spaces and fabulous modern-style furniture, as well as its beautiful glass doors that give access to the terrace. To guarantee comfort in the living room, all the windows have electric shutters. Likewise, the living room is equipped with highly prestigious decorative elements and offers a large sofa from which you can enjoy a large television set with a wide range of different national and international channels. The fully equipped American kitchen offers a central island to prepare meals comfortably. On this floor, we find the fourth bedroom, which represents the master bedroom.
