Positive: nice comfortable villa.. had everything one would need. bedrooms were great, we got to go in the pool for a bit , water was , nice and refreshing in that heat and clean. the pool area itself was very nice and relaxing.
Negative: a storm hit when we arrived. We lost power and water!!! Location was not prepared... no generators, nor fans,,, it was hot!! after 2nd day had to ask them to at least bring some fans...they brought a small generator for at least the fridge and 2 floor fans. Grateful but stressed on vacation .. not being able to shower, and no ac and pretty much in the dark with how hot it was, no bueno... despite their effort to try to have us comfortable ( which i appreciated) because it was not their fault there was no power or water that was due to the storm which is understandable but we could no longer after 3 days enjoy our vacation so we settled on a reimbursement, and we left the villa and ended up staying with family, their area wasn't hit as hard by the storm so they had utilities. Needless to say we got to enjoy the rest of the vacation. if it wasn't for the storm i'm sure we would've had a great stay.
Summary: Disappointed we didn't get to enjoy the villa.
