Travel Purpose: leisure
Positive: Lovely and peaceful. Short walk down to the beach. Free parking on site available for a few cars. Ideal to have a car to get to other attractions and town centre.
Negative: Their main office is on a different site but you can call. However, It would be nice to know that beforehand. We wanted to extend our stay, spoke to customer service and agreed the extension and were told we can go anytime before our check-out time to make the payment. We then got a call in the morning just and were told that they had not secured the booking and someone else has also booked the accommodation and had to leave. This meant that we had to change our activities, find alternative accommodation which cost us double the amount as it was for the same day etc. They also offered us to move to another property on another site which cost significantly more. That ruined a good stay and left us really disappointed and
