The fully equipped kitchen features an electric hob and oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, Nespresso machine, and Bluetooth speaker. A utility room with a washing machine is also available. The ground floor includes four double bedrooms, each with a 160cm bed and an en-suite shower room (without WC), all with access to the terrace. One of these rooms can be configured as a twin bedroom with 80cm beds that convert into a double on request. There are also two separate WCs.
