the house is particularly comfortable, with perfect insulation making it as pleasant in summer as it is in winter It's also ideally located, within easy reach of 2 beaches (100 m): Plage du Béchet and La Salinette. You can take a stroll in the grounds of Château du Nessay, where you can even dine or enjoy the sea view from the terrace. You can also enjoy wonderful walks along the GR34, which winds its way between the famous Dinard golf course. For the record, the house, renovated in 2014, was the last carpenter's workshop in Saint-Briac-Sur-Mer, hence its particular shape, which gives it all its charm.
