Positive: The communication with the host was excellent, and he was very accommodating to our changing plans. The place is fair; however, there are several areas that could be improved, such as broken tiles and water damage on the walls. That said, any other concerns we raised were addressed promptly.
Negative: One area for improvement is clarity regarding electricity usage. Before our arrival, I asked for confirmation that electricity was included in the total price. However, upon arrival, we discovered that the host had disconnected the AC from external breakers while we were away. Additionally, a friend and family member were informed that extra charges would apply if the AC was used when we were not present. When I inquired for clarification, the host mentioned fire hazards but was unable to provide further details when asked. Overall, I wouldn’t go so far as to discourage others from booking, but I recommend ensuring all terms and conditions, especially regarding electricity, are clearly agreed upon and confirmed in advance.
