this spacious holiday villa (250m2) with several terraces is located in the cabanyes urbanization on a wooded plot of 1000m2 You can park your car in front of the door. Villa Bonaventura has a spacious garden, cozy terrace with barbecue and offers a beautiful view of the sea and the green surroundings. Via the gate from street level you go down by stairs and here you enter the spacious hall. From hall access to kitchen with all amenities you need. On the right is the cozy living room with spacious sitting area, TV and dining area from where you have a super sea view. On the side of the living room is another covered terrace with a cozy dining area. From the hall on the left is a bedroom with a double bed (140x190cm) a bedroom with a double bed (180x200cm) and a bathroom with a bath/shower combination. The 3rd bedroom has two box-spring beds 80x200cm and has a bathroom (en-suite) with a walk-in shower. From the covered terrace near the living room you go down the stairs where you will find a spacious studio with double bed (160x200cm), bathroom with shower and separate toilet. The washing machine is also located here. Also a spacious outdoor kitchen with all conveniences so that you do not have to go upstairs from the garden. In the corner is a brick barbecue. On the terrace enough seats and sunbeds to enjoy the sun, read a book or have a drink. Of course also a spacious dining area to enjoy a delicious breakfast or dinner. Villa Bonaventura has a spectacular sea view from both the top of the house and the garden. All in all a super villa where you can enjoy a carefree holiday.
