There is also a large panoramic terrace on the first floor of the villa, perfect for outdoor dinners and big enough for all the house guests; there are also three portable barbecues, as well as a stonework one. Guests will also find a wide open area with a salt water in ground swimming pool, 6 metres by 12 with a depth of 1.2-1.4m, completely enclosed, with 15 sunbeds, an outdoor solar shower and a large oak tree for shade. You can also take walks in the grounds of the property, between the olive trees and at the nearby stream. The entire outdoor area is well-kept. An automatic gate with surveillance camera leads to the property, where guests can park briefly to unload, whilst the private (not guarded) parking area is outside the property, next to the entrance gate.interior
