- please note that heating the pool is chargeable @ 2500 inr per day to be heated and prior notice required is 10 hours
- the villa is filled with artifacts and delicate decor All furnishing is steamed, sanitized, and maintained to standard before and after a guest's stay.
- guest capacity should be respected Unaccounted guests are not allowed.
- we do have a kitchen available on site Kitchen access is provided to the guests only for preparing light snacks, baby food, and reheating. For any other purpose host's approval is required.
- there are occasional power cuts in goa The villa has a generator backup that can support all the appliances for up to 8-10 hours.
- being located in a gated community, we don't allow music in the outdoor section of the property
- late checkouts are subject to availability and will be charged additionally Late checkout is permitted only with prior approval.
- identity proofs are mandatory for all who are there for the stay
- linen (bed linen & towels) will be changed every 2 days Requests for the linen and towels to be changed daily will be chargeable.
- we provide soap, shower gel, and shampoo in all properties, other amenities like dental kits, shaving kits, etc are all on request
