This fully remodeled and spacious 1 Bedroom, 1/2 Bath villa has all the comforts of home including WiFi, HDTVs, fireplace, full size washer/dryer, and a large wrap around patio with hill country and lake views along with a private grill for entertaining family and friends. This condo is the largest one bedroom configuration at the Island complex at 875 sq ft and is centrally located just steps from the numerous Island amenities including indoor pool and hot tub, workout facility, sauna, and onsite restaurant. Other amenities at the Island include two outdoor pools, two hot tubs, tennis courts, and charcoal barbecue pits. Unique to this villa is a king size sleeper sofa bed with a very comfortable memory foam mattress and access to a half bath in the hallway. The master bedroom also has a comfortable king size bed and an HDTV. The en suite master bath boasts an oversized spa-like shower with multiple jets and a jetted jacuzzi tub for the ultimate in relaxation. Add in a large, fully equipped and remodeled kitchen with granite counter tops and cozy dining area and you'll feel right at home. this villa really has it all so book now and enjoy your island adventure!
