the main house is not included, the grounds to the main house are not included The home and the grounds may be under construction. There are ponds and water falls on the grounds that are not operable on the circa 4 acres that are off limit to the guests. Guests only have access to the guest house, pool, putting greens, tennis court, and batting cages, the rest of the grounds, structure, main house, ponds, and waterfalls are off limits.
